• Consumable items such as needles, threads, oils, or accessories.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Order Cancellations
